DOYON, LIMITED ALLUVIAL PLACER
GOLD PROGRAM
The Goal of Doyon, Limited's Alluvial Placer
Gold Program is to generate revenue to Doyon, Limited by encouraging
exploration and responsible development of placer gold deposits
within Doyon lands, by third parties. The program emphasizes shareholder
preference.
For placer gold exploration, development and
production within Doyon, Limited lands normally two agreements are
required:
- An Alluvial Placer Exploration License to advance a property
from discovery through reserve delineation; and
- An Alluvial Placer Mining Lease for development and production
activities associated with both recreational and conventional
placer gold mining.
Prospecting, exploring for and production of
alluvial placer gold deposits on Doyon, Limited lands cannot take
place without first obtaining one of these agreements. Guidelines
for each agreement have been developed to assist interested parties.
